Bruce was amazing so rating is not for him but for the venue. It was the most disorganised outdoor event I have been to - in terms of parking arrangements. Despite being told to pre-purchase a parking ticket, no-one checked it when we arrived and...More

Great way to spend a few hours exploring this mysterious Australian example of nature. The hike to the summit is quite strenuous but worth the climb, only for those physically able. The base walk is quite easy, both are about 2kms. Beautiful grounds for picnics,...More

We stopped here for a BBQ picnic before climbing up to admire the views. Parking is $10 for a car, paid before you exit - they do take card! The BBQs all were clean and easy to use. Parking was simple. The walk up the...More

Some great views and nature to be found if you're fit enough for a climb. Even if you want to go for a walk it's a great place to visit.

Hanging rock is a place that is beautiful to visit but you need stamina to climb .I truly enjoyed the experience but not somewhere that I will visit again.

hi Sharon. the only practical alternative is to hire a care and drive yourself for the 1/2 day. Its only about an hour drive, easy to get to, but there no real public transport options.
