A great cooking class with Katrina Pizzini. Katrina is a genuine passionate cook and shared all the years of experience and expertise. We made Apple Strudel and Gnocchi which was pretty good eating. Bought her book as well.
A friend and I did the gnocchi and pasta cooking day and had a really fun day.
We went home with some great skills and some really yummy recipes that have easily fit into my families weekly cooking repertoire.
