It was hard to find, wrong marked at Google maps and saying : private property. No signs, overrated if visiting on your own

Morning tea with a talk followed by a tour of the house or garden. Then lunch (yum!) with another talk followed by a tour of whichever you didn’t see before lunch. Such fun!

On one site, they say $35 but I am not sure if this includes both house and gardens. I went with a group, so I don't know the normal prices
