A bunch of volunteers got together and stocked this house with paraphernalia, after the fire of 2009 burned down their previous venue. Marysville played a remarkable role in the history of Victoria, and the lumber supply. It is all there on display.

Worth the visit - lots of interesting memorabilia which they are trying to build up following the fires, where a lot of things were lost. Great to see the true history of Marysville, although as expected, does tend to be dominated by the fires.

A lovely historical collection, given that so much was destroyed in the terrible 2009 bushfire. Very moving mementos of the fire. When not open, stroll through lovely garden & admire outdoor exhibits, roses etc.
