Bress is a sustainable property, nestled in Harcourt Valley in Central Victoria. Bress is a Halliday Five Red Star rated winery and produces a limited release Estate Cider and seasonal produce grown in the Bress Garden. The Bress Cellar Door is open every Friday to Sunday from 11am to 5pm. The Bresstaurant operates seasonally and invites guests to a celebratory shared style of dining every Saturday and Sunday from October to May (with a short break in January). The Bresstaurant menu is inspired each week by what is thriving in the Bress Garden and can change from week to week. Bress is available for large functions and weddings, with all information available on the Bress website.

Visited Bress Winery on our way home from Bendigo. It was a great decision. We thoroughly enjoyed our time sampling some excellent wines in a beautiful setting. Chris, in the cellar door, provided great knowledge and was fun and friendly. Highly recommend a visit.
