I regularly come here to walk.I start from the Waves restaurant and walk all the way up to Oliver's Hill. The incline makes you appreciate the vintage view across the bay to the city and beyond. My favorite lookout as I am local.

One of the great viewing points in Melbourne. Easy to reach and free parking. It would be difficult to capture in one shot the magnificent view from this point as there is a vista over most of Port Philip Bay. Don't miss.

As you are looking out to sea you are not going to see anything in that direction although you will see the lights of the pier and houses / pubs in Frankston
