The first time we came to Manly, we didn’t even know there was a bigger beach heading north. We just enjoyed this beach. It’s still a cute beach where you can eat, drink or simply sit and watch the boats go by. Quite relaxing.
Very protected from the wind. Fantastic way to unwind at the end of a day. Just watching the passing parade of people go by. The buzz of the ferries coming and going and people just enjoying the last of the sun playing soccer or cricket...More
The swimming area is quite safe, as it is netted and it doesn't get waves but it isn't that enticing as it's part of the harbour rather than an actual beach. It's lovely sitting up on the wharf though and eating lunch you can watch...More
This little cafe doesn’t look like much and they could most probably do with a bit of a revamp, but the food was delicious. We went for a walk and a brunch and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.
