Best bit of history on the Island well worth a visit... spooky in part but great fun... Not many people know its there.... Just off Rosemary lane... As it was In the day... loved the Atmosphere and you can imagine the harsh conditions.

This is a very complete building with plenty to see and informative exhibits throughout. There is no guided tour but this does not detract from the visit.

Was good walking round, makes you think about what people use to go through, compared to criminals now! If it’s open I would recommend going but if it’s shut, don’t think you have missed anything. Was ok!

Not much to say really but it is certainly worth a visit. Interesting history attached to it and feels quite eerie in some of the cells.
