70 pence to cross in a car and well worth it as it would cost more in petrol yo go around. Interesting with a nice pub at one end and an old signal box from the extinct Ruabon to Barmouth track.

This is a unique little Victorian toll bridge (20p for pedestrians, 70p for a car) across the estuary, and well worth the price!

We always wanted to see this little bridge up close and to drive over it. Very unusual and not disappointed. The walks alongside very picturesque and great cycling path too

We travelled from Fairbourne to Harlech on a couple of days to play golf. The toll bridge definitely shortened the journey at a very small cost, 70p each way I think.

Wooden historic foot and road bridge with 20p toll for pedestrians. Superb views and nice pub at one end. Worth wandering over combined with longer walk and pub lunch. Car park.

It’s a bridge. A nice bridge. It’s a toll bridge so you pay to use it. It took me across the water and I got to the other side.

Came across it by accident, not an expensive experience; plus side kids loved it! Glad it’s still operational, it’s a great pit stop.

Have always used this toll bridge when staying in Barmouth or Tywyn - take a "pit stop" at the George to take in the views or park your car at the RSPB car park and take a stroll, wonderful way to appreciate all the beautiful...More
