We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great (or should I say sick, to quote my son) skate park. There is a double spine death box, three foot, six foot, mini spine and more. (I didn't understand a word of that either, my son dictated it to me!) The Dan's Den cafe on site is run by a charity and they do a great job. Food great, lots of choice and a great haven for parents to escape to if you're hanging around or a great place for kids to get snacks if they are old enough to be left to their own devises.

This is a great skate park and cafe. We have visited here so many times I can't remember. Good cup of tea, toast, pancakes, cheesy chips. Clean, relaxed, toilet on site. Extremely low prices for what you get. The place is run by the friendliest staff you could find anywhere. They are so tolerant of the children and the scooters. An absolutely brilliant place to visit with children. Well done to all the staff who give up their time to be here- thanks a million
