Overview

Myddfai Community Hall & Visitor Centre is a lottery funded state of the art Centre, built in 2011, set in the stunning Brecon Beacons National Park. It has huge hall, ideal for conferences, parties and Weddings as it now also has a Civil Ceremony Licence. There is a lovely café and gift shop at the Centre, both open 6 days a week (closed Mondays- but open Bank Holiday Mondays) There are several interpretation boards covering the History and Heritage of Myddfai village- covering the Physicians of Myddfai and the legend of 'The Lady of the Lake'. There are many lovely walks in the area and the beautiful St Michael's Church is just next door and definitely worth a visit.

we enjoyed an excellent lunch of baked potato and salad. The facilities are excellent and the gift shop especially good with very high quality , reasonably priced items. We will certainly be going again and to meet the lovely people running the centre.

What an amazing place. Great tea rooms with brilliant selection of food and drinks. Also a superb gift shop! I managed to spend over £70 on a nice Welsh tweed hat and scarf! Great hall as well available for weddings and events.

Spent the day celebrating a dear friends wonderful weeding there. Staff were amazing and really helped on this special occasion. Compact venue but did exactly what it said on the tin. GPS coordinates weren't very helpful only down side
