The exhibits that they had open were very good. We were there on a free Tuesday so it was a bit hectic. It’s great to see so many people take advantage of the free education!

Lots of local color here. They had an exhibit of local flavor from many years back. I really enjoyed all the fun facts. There was also and exhibit on canoe's. I was hoping to see the grocery store display but that part was under construction....More

This is a small IMAX venue in the Pink Palace museum. The theater is nice, but not much knee room. The movie had some great scenes of the reef in West Papua and incredible views of the marine life.

We arrived and got in free. We kind of wondered why???? Well most of the museum was closed! It looked like it could be really cool when done. I will review again when renovations are complete!More

I had a free pass for 2 for the summer so we thought we would try it. Many exhibits closed as well as the mansion. Until they reopen, I would skip this.More

While there was a sign saying some exhibits were closed, it did not say more was closed. If anything, there should have been a discount for admission. No wonder hardly anyone was there. I hear it's a nice museum but I wish I could have...More

I agree with the answer above. It is self-directed, so you may take as long as you like. Don't forget that there are IMAX show and an excellent planetarium, too. You could easily spend the day there!

You pay for what you want to do. The museum offers discounts if you do more than one thing. Membership is the best deal. $100 gets free admission for your family to the museum, Lichterman Nature Center and the Mallory... More

Yes. The person who built the palace was the Piggley Wiggley Founder.
