Don't Miss This
Aug 2021
Wonderful tour of the mansion and grounds. I thoroughly enjoyed learning new things about Elvis. He was such a charmer and his life ended so tragically. I never knew some of the songs I remember from my elementary school years were actually recorded and were big hits in the mid 50s. It's too bad Elvis declined like he did. Equally tragic is the effect it had on Lisa Marie.
The mansion/tour/museum all focus on Elvis during happier times. If you're in Memphis, you HAVE to do this tour. Even though it's a little pricey, it's well worth it for a once in a lifetime experience.

A must see for every fan!
Aug 2021 • Friends
No surprise here, Graceland is a wonderful place to visit! A must for any Elvis fan. A lot to see, so plan a full day there. Well worth the price of admission. The staff are super knowledgeable and we loved hearing their stories. While we were there the Disney Archives exhibit was at the Graceland convention center and was a fabulous and fun bonus!

Free access to Meditation Garden
Sep 2021
We were only passing through Memphis so we decided we would try to access the Meditation Gardens. The street gates to Graceland open from 7:30-8:30 daily for free access to the gardens. There was only another couple waiting when we got there at 7:15. Overall, I'd say there were 12 people total taking advantage of the hour that day. You walk up the driveway to access the Meditation Gardens so you can see Graceland, the pool and racquetball building as well as the graves of Elvis and his family. There are explanatory signs along the walk. A great way to see Graceland if you don't have time for a tour. There is a pull-off right in front of the stonewall in front of the mansion where visitors parked while visiting the gardens. It is free. All other Graceland parking was closed this early in the morning. Just wait for the grounds crew to remove the barriers (he did this at 7:15am) to park. We felt it was worth it.

Fun memorable time
Aug 2021
Really enjoyed tour. You could spend as much time as you needed to look at everything. You was given a headset to listen to while you was touring the mansion and grounds. Later we toured the attractions and exhibits. We lost track of time and was told they were closing. So we were the last ones to leave. Was very interesting since I love Elvis as a teen.

Once In A Lifetime Experience
Sep 2021 • Couples
Booked the Ultimate VIP tour of Graceland. I highly recommend it!! This package allows you to see and touch personal objects belonging to Elvis Presley. You also have unlimited access to all the attractions! Truly a once in a lifetime opportunity. Clinton our tour guide was amazing too. Not only is he a tour guide at Graceland, he is a researcher and works in the archives too. Clinton answered questions that even an enthusiast such as myself did not know!! Book your Ultimate VIP package now!!

Home Is Where the Heart Is
Aug 2021
We bought the Elvis Experience ticket for $75. We arrived in Memphis around 1:00 and decided to grab a bite to eat before going in. The area Graceland is in is very run down and nothing but fast food options. We thought we would eat inside the Elvis complex, but the Gladys cafe was closed.
We were able to walk right up without any wait. You watch a video at the complex before you get on the shuttle that takes you across the street. We were the only one watching the video and on our shuttle. You are given a mini ipad and headset that you use to tour the house and grounds before boarding the shuttle. The house itself is much smaller then I expected. You only tour the ground floor of the home. You walk around outside and then into a memorabilia room with various items. There is a memorial area where he and his parents are buried. The day we were there we saw 2 horses on the property and a very green swimming pool. We were surprised they do not upkeep the pool. A little cholrine shock and it would easily be blue! We rode the shuttle back and they drop you off at his planes (visible from parking lot). You walk through a gift shop to the planes where you are able to go through one of the 2 planes. The shuttle will take you back to the main complex when you are finished. We opted to just walk. This all took about 1 hour. We then spent the next 2 hours touring the complex with his car collection and lots of memorabila! I enjoyed the tour and the complex.
I enjoyed seeing everything. Unless you are a mega Elvis fan, I can't imagine needing more then the $75 ticket or spending the night at the hotel. There is nothing else around the hotel within walking distance and the area is not inviting.
I'm giving this 4/5 because every single employee we interfaced with, except one, could care less that you are there. They seem bothered that you are buying a ticket, asking a question about where to line up for the video, or riding the shuttle. Most of them are so busy talking with eachother that they don't realize they have customers.

Well Organized Tours - Great Exhibits
Sep 2021 • Couples
We had avoided Graceland for years just feeling it was too cheesy and only for Elvis fanatics. I repent after having a chance to visit and take in the full experience. The mansion tour is extremely well organized and the iPad was very helpful to know what we were looking at. We loved the car exhibit and the walkthrough of his planes as well as his costumes and memorabilia. All in all it was extremely well done and worth the entry fee.

Expensive but well done
Sep 2021
We aren’t Elvis “fans” per se but when you are in Memphis, you should take 1/2 day and go to Graceland. So much to see and learn. All of it is well done from the museum to the tour. The only downside is the waiting in line for the Graceland tour…expect to wait a substantial amount of time but it is worth it.
