Spent several hours around this lovely harbour checking out the fishing boats , and examining the memorial to the fishermen who were lost in the “Black Friday” disaster of 1881. A walk along the sandy beach was a great experience, and we found everything nice...More

Visited Eyemouth Harbour recently during a stay in Eyemouth. The harbour itself is fantastic. The sights, sounds and smells of a working harbour is something that is not experienced much these days. The people are lovely and the local Seals are a must see.

My granny was from (rest her soul) Eyemouth and i recently visited, little has changed. Wonderful trip down memory lane, seals swimming in the picturesque harbour, ice cream at Giacopazzis. Heaven.

We were pleadantly surprised by the amount of boats and activity at the harbor. You can walk up and down the promenade and people were very friendly.

Eyemouth is a truly authentic fishing harbour so if you want to see this industry up close and personal then Eyemouth is the place to do it. There are great places to buy fish, straight off the boat, and some lovely little places to stop...More

There were several fishing boats in this harbour, one had just brought its catch in an was surrounded by gulls. Walk to the top an you’ll see were the river flows into it. Great photo taken at the top on the lovely day we had.

Usually pubs butt rarely restaurants. Best to check first. I often just eat in the bar.

Hello Angie D Our seals live in the harbour and can be seen all day. There's a van at the end of the harbour that seals fish scraps to feed them which is open most days Hope you enjoy your visit!
