Very quiet gentle walk with our dog . The loch was beautiful and the environment around it very natural . Walked past alpacas in a field on the way back .

Went here as part of a clan gathering and it was absolutely marvelous. A person could get lost here in thought, in wisdom, in nature... Absolutely recommend if you're in the area.

Can do a quick circular walk around the loch here or follow trails through to Contin for a longer walk with stunning views. Small car park or access through the village in hidden little path by bus stop in housing scheme. Look out for the...More

Lovely place for a short atroll.mon a good day you have magnificent views to the nearby hills. Even in bad weather, it s good.

Loch Kinellan is at the top of Strathpeffer there is a single track road which takes you up to a small car park. You can then walk or cycle the circuit around the Loch with the option to go further using various other path networks....More

We walked from Strathpeffer centre up past the church and right on to a small road. The view over the Loch is beautiful with a stunning mountain backdrop. There is a circular walk but we stuck to the road - as track rather wet on...More
