Private tours of Scotland for small groups, enabling visitors to our country to experience the culture and beauty that our scenic Scotland has to offer. We offer day/multi day trips, shore excursions from Greenock, Invergordon and Edinburgh, bespoke and pre-selected tours. The trips are designed to suit the customer's needs and to ensure their visit is more than just a trip, its an experience. We are a unique tour group in that we provide a bagpiper to accompany the customers on their trip, who can play a selection of well known Scottish tunes at the locations gratis as part of the service.

The most incredible bespoke tour of Scotland. Three generations of my family spent eight days with Graeme, The Kilted Piper, touring different parts of The Highlands and St Andrews. Graeme is extremely knowledgable, extremely accommodating, and went beyond expectations to meet our various needs.
We cannot say enough good things about how wonderful the experience has been. We have traveled the world and this visit was so unique and memorable thanks to Graeme. So sorry it had to end.

When I contacted Graeme at Kilted Piper Tours, my main goal was to avoid being treated like a sheep on a bus tour. Graeme helped us fix a personalized itinerary where we were given as much time as we needed at each site. He adapted and adjusted to what we wanted to do, and even recommended places we didn't know about as he got to know our group. I won't lie - I don't think I could EVER do a tour of Scotland without Graeme. It was the most magical, wonderful, personalized experience I've ever had while traveling - and contacting him was the greatest decision I ever made! Thank you, Graeme, for giving us a LIFELONG slew of memories in the five days we were together. You are wonderful and I would recommend you to ANYONE who wants to see the amazing country of Scotland without being a tourist sheep. YOU are as amazing as your country!

The beauty of a private tour is that you are not herded around like sheep; rather, you can take the tour at your own pace.

Graeme lived up to the name of his tour company and was both kilted when he was on the clock and played the bagpipes for us several times in unbelievably scenic locations. He was with us, a family of 4 adults, for 5 days on a Highlands adventure and each day was fantastic and filled with wonderful sights and food.
After picking us up at the airport, we took a scenic drive through the village of Culross and had a stop to feed the hairy coos. We chose to stay in Oban for a visit to the Isle of Mull and ,though Graeme had not done a tour there before, he accompanied us on a few short hikes. The island was absolutely covered in azalea blooms and even the sudden rain did not dampen the mood.
Isle of Skye was the next destination and we had several lovely stops on the way in and out (Eilean Donan Castle, the fairy pool, Glencoe). We always had great timing and never felt rushed. Graeme kindly helped us pick up dinner at a supermarket as there was little choice in Portree for food. The full day of hikes and sightseeing in Skye was amazing: we hiked the Man of Storr, a short piece of the Quiraing, and had an easy walk through the Fairy Glen.
Graeme is an excellent driver and we felt safe and taken care of for all 5 days.
It was a very memorable trip and everyone still remembers fondly the random spots Graeme would break out his whiskey tasting selection and the shortbread.

I’ve been on many tours worldwide, but none as fantastic as with Mr.Graeme Clive of kilted piper tours in Scotland. We toured the highlands for four days, traveling to Skye and then through to Inverness and back to Edinburgh.
Mr.Clive made a superb first impression, as we met him adorning his kilt of the family MacGregor, by being flexible with his timings and kind with his words, while his bombastic story teller personality radiated through the tour!
Every location we saw, he would fashion his bagpipe and play us some soothing and historical tunes, even offering us whisky and supporting our trip with water the whole way. It is the little things that counted for us and made the trip memorable!

Graeme gave us a tailored tour, doing everything we wanted, and still being sensitive to our need to get back to the ship in time. He met us at the ship terminal, and gave us a lot of information about Scotland as we drove to Stirling Castle, made sure we got to feed the "hairy coos", played the pipes for us in a beautiful setting, brought fun props for photos, and took us to a traditional pub for lunch. We all had Scottish ancestry, and he gave us some interesting insights into clan history. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him, and definitely recommend him as a tour guide who clearly loves Scotland!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience on our Kilted Piper Tour of the Highlands. Graeme did a terrific job as our guide and driver. He has a great sense of humor, is focused on providing the best possible experience, and plays the bagpipes as well! He is a native Scotsman with a curious and passionate approach to his work - we highly recommend him!

I can't rave enough about how great this tour was. All the other reviews simply hit the nail on the head in their descriptions too. Graeme truly makes the tours special with his stories, humor, historic knowledge, and unadulterated love of all things Scotland. It just couldn't get better.

Graeme is the best tour guide I have ever experienced. Six of us were lucky enough to be escorted for six days to many wonderful sights through the beautiful Scottish Highlands. Graeme had a well planned itinerary for us to enjoy every day which included all the places we had expressed interest in. He is well informed on Scottish history and always kept us entertained with stories about Scottish mysteries and lore. We never felt rushed yet were always amazed at how many places we had been to each day. It was very special to be serenaded with bagpipes while snacking on shortbread with a wee dram of whiskey. We all agreed that this is a trip that will be in our memories forever. Many thanks Graeme for your safe driving, patience, kindness, and humor.

Graeme is absolutely the best tour guide I have ever known. He knows all the good places to go and things to see in Scotland. He is also flexible if your group chooses a new destination.
He was always on time and didn't mind taking several toilet breaks with a group of mature ladies 😁😁

Graeme was awesome extremely knowledgeable about Scotland and had no problem adapting the schedule to our needs! We had a lot of fun he is a definitely not your stuffy tour guide! He made everything fun and interesting! We met lots of people during our trip because he wears his kilt and plays the bagpipe!
