Stopped because we’ve seen it so often but never did the tour before. OUR MISTAKE! The tour is wonderful. I have always enjoyed Jack Daniels but now have a new respect for not only the process but more importantly, the history. Out tour guide Ashley Was outstanding. She is a 3 generation employee and some families that work at the distillery are 4 generations. It was truly enjoyable. My wide does not drink and thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Don’t miss it!!!!

This was a great part of the overall tour, not sure you can see this without paying for the overall experience. Having said that, it's cool to see the source of the water, and get a sense of the history of the place.

Pretty area, tour guide Jed was great, funny and explained a lot! We did the Angel's Share tour. Worth every penny ($30) pp. 5 tastings, and I wasn't a whiskey person, now I have a new appreciation for it. My hubby likes it more! Spent time outside and inside. This was March when they were closing things down, as our tour was to be Mon 16th, but they called us Saturday, asked if we wanted to come on 15th, cause they were closing due to Covid on the 16th. Great Customer Service! Big gift shop and they know what their doing! Well done! Thank you!

Went on the Angles tour, great selection of Jack, how ever you want it, they have it. New green apple, double filtered, double barreled. Very educated tours, ours was with Kim. Being an Esquire we went to see our plot at the distillery, and recived a free gift from the Esquire house. The Cave is the original and current water that is used to make Jack. Comes out at 52 degrees as it's filtered through the lime stone of the cave.
