Sorry but the car parking charges here are over the top. But the views are spectacular, especially if you are prepared to make to steep walk down to the viewing area.

This is part of the industrial archaeology of the island. From the day of levers, inclined planes and other basic force implementation. Worth seeing ..... In such a relaxed place

I just love sitting on the bench watching the sea from here. Fishermen fish from here , so lovely and peaceful with just the sound of the waves hitting the rocks . Lovely memories.

We walked along here from Portland Bill with the dogs on a sunny afternoon whilst geocaching. The area is full of history and great to walk around.
