I was travelling to St Helier from Poole on the Liberation which was clean and tidy. The seating was acceptable but I will upgrade for the return. The staff were friendly and helpful. The refreshments aboard were freshly made and the coffee was excellent.

I was visiting my cousin in Jersey for the first time and she suggested a trip across to France. We caught a Condor Ferry from St Helier's across to Saint Malo. The ride took about 50 minutes and was as smooth as sailing on the...More

My return ferry from Guernsey to Poole was cancelled for three days running, a right faff as no one answered the phone for an eternity, meaning I had to visit the port to rebook, then find and then pay for alternative accommodation; even the sailing...More

Booking was straightforward and a lot easier (and cheaper) than using a consolidator site. But we didn't get enough information by return - despite being bombarded with emails beseeching us to upgrade our seats. The chap on the website chat was excellent. The checking in...More

A small fleet of boats that cannot cope with the conditions of the channel is the best way to describe this company. We tend to pre-empt them now and book another sailing if the weather looks a bit dodgy on our sailing day- good thing...More
