Fantastic food and service.
Nothing more than exceptional, as I have to come to expect from this first class hotel.
Great food, great drinks and the best staff in any hotel in this country.
Ciara is a fantastic waitress and her personality and exceptional professionalism is to be commended.

Having said that, the seafood chowder I had was one of the best I've had in recent years so top marks to Cinnabar for that!

Came in mid afternoon for a couple of pints and a burger. The service was good, food was great. Enjoyed as well as the Rugby match on the monitor.

Stayed here one night and thought to grab a bite at Cinnabar, the Reuben (corned beef) sounded good.....ordered it without the ‘Russian dressing’, but with hot mustard. The sandwich arrived; sporting 2 very anorexic pieces of corned beef and some cheese to glue it together. No sauerkraut or mustard (came on the side after asking again for it).

The food was good. I had the beer battered fish and chips. Anna was a wonderful server and gave us great suggestions on places to see and explore while here in Dublin.

Had the Thai Red Chicken Curry, which was not too bad. It could have done with a few more Thai spices, I actually found it a bit on the sweet side.

We dined at the Cinnabar Restaurant and were seated immediately. Our waitress was Ashleig, she was very pleasant and her service was impeccable. She doted on us and made feel at home.

As I business traveller I have been staying in this hotel since it opened. I found it difficult to secure a room here at a reasonable rate over the last 12 months. However the rates have come down and I have stayed here twice in the last two weeks.
I had a couple of issues and spoke with the manager. He listened to me, was very professional and offered solutions to my problems. He appears to run a great ship here and has the backing of all of his staff.
I received a complimentary upgrade and was recognised as an IHG platinum elite member. The staff made me feel very welcome as usual, particularly Olga and Beth. The room was really clean and very comfortable. I had access to the lounge which I used for work and also to relax. The breakfast was also good with a good variety of foods to choose from. All in all i enjoyed my stay and plan to return.
