Knoxville Museum of Art is just the right size for me. They consistently have interesting shoes downstairs, and their permanent collection generally holds some surprises. It's not overwhelmingly large to take in, in one visit. And it is FREE to get in!

The museum was OK, did not care for the special exhibit. The highlight was the minuture rooms of Mrs Thorne.

Great museum with art in many forms. Loved the tour with Ms. Trish Igoe, who was very knowledgeable about the museum and it displays of art. They have a Friday night Live at 5 with music and drinks. Lots of people enjoying the activity.

A smallest museum that can be visited in less than an hour, it has some good exhibits and admission is free. It's right across the street from a great play area, Fort Kid, and a spray park in World's Fair Park. Parking is usually easy....More
