I've been here on numerous occasion for many different events. I would highly recommend coming here for date nights, things with friends, or just on a bored Thursday. It's a wonderful place to view some awesome art in a relaxing environment.

DEcided to take a few hours just exploring the Worlds-Fair site. The museum used to cost to visit. I don't know when they changed to free, but it's a welcome change. High-class and unique art. Painting, Sculptures, Modern, and classic. It's all good.

KMA offers bands on most Friday nights. The bands appeal to all generations. You can also view the art galleries while there.

Knoxville Museum of Art is just the right size for me. They consistently have interesting shoes downstairs, and their permanent collection generally holds some surprises. It's not overwhelmingly large to take in, in one visit. And it is FREE to get in!

It's always a pleasure to spend New Year's Eve here. They always host a great party. More for the older generation although there's always some youngsters there. They always have a great band. They also host Alive After 5. Good companionship, good food and good bands....More

The museum was OK, did not care for the special exhibit. The highlight was the minuture rooms of Mrs Thorne.

Because of time difference, I just saw the question now. The museum was closed Christmas eve and it will be closed today, Christmas.
