The performers are often theatre majors at UT and bring a great energy to the stage. We’ve enjoyed the handful of performances we’ve scene here and would gladly go back.

We are longtime patrons of the Clarence Brown Theatre. We see multiple plays and musicals there annually. They are always professionally acted and presented. Excellent scenery and lighting. We have never been disappointed in one show!

Every performance that I attended with my family was outstanding! As a graduate of U.T. I am proud of the quality of the various selections. As a family we have enjoyed attending for several years and have never been disappointed.

I love the the round stage and how the audience seems to immerse itself into the stage. It is similar to a 3 d experience. I hope they haven't changed the stage since I have not been lately. Seating inside the theater is comfortable. I...More

Just saw "Alias Grace" at the CTB and it was excellent. This is the second production I've seen this season and I am impressed all around. The staging and talent for both shows was amazing, comparable to a good Broadway production.

Been to plays at all of the various options at the theater. All are fantastic. Well worth checking out when in Knoxville .

The main auditorium is well designed, with few, if any, poor seats. The decore is pleasant, with well chosen photographs. The restrooms are very adequate with space added in 2018.
