The Tweetsie Trail is a great place to go walk, run, and ride bikes. It has beautiful scenery and the trail is 15+ miles long. I would highly recommend checking it out.

I've used the Tweetsie numerous times over the last couple years. It's been a great addition to the outdoor offerings in the Johnson City area.
