The Delbridge Museum is very interesting. I saw the collection of animals years ago when they used to be displayed at a local hardware store. The zoo is fun and the animals seem very well taken care of. There is a lot to see &...More

The Great Plains Zoo and the Delbridge Museum of National History are always fun to visit. It amazes me to think the community of Sioux Falls can support a zoo and is constantly remodeling and upgrading. We continue to return visit after visit!

Great Plains is a wonderful smaller zoo that has a great collection of animals. I especially like it because it is mostly flat and easy to walk or push a stroller or wheelchair. It also has lots of shade and benches which is nice on...More

Worth a stop if only for the bears and the up-close encounter with a tiger. There are also monkeys and farm animals and several other attractions but there the highlight for us was definitely the bear exhibits. Both brown and black. Price is fair for...More

For a relatively small zoo, we were amazed by the number of exhibits including rhinos, tigers, and giraffes. Well set up and clean. Reasonable admission with free parking.

(There was "no type of visit" that matches taking your 80 yo mother.) Although we've seen bigger/better it was a nice walk. Interesting.

Como Park Zoo is in St. Paul, MN. We love visiting this zoo. The gorillas are fun and the giraffes and ostriches are among our favorites. The Como conservatory is gorgeous, especially as an escape from winter.
