Great place... they have live music in the evenings, they recreate Wild Bill Hiccock being shot with shows throughout the day. The drinks are free while playing slots. They even had the "chair" that Wild Bill was sitting in when he got shot (now, whether...More

The bar in this saloon is gorgeous. A must see when in Deadwood. It is located on main street in the old part of town.

Typical western saloon with sawdust floors and old west finery. The highlight is the 30 minute Wild Bill Hickock skit in the back of the bar and fun to watch while you have a drink or two.

Worth a trip inside even if you don't buy anything. Loads of photographs, stories and other memorabilia adorning the place. Finishing it off sawdust all over the floor just to add to the character. All you need now is a saspirrilla.

We enjoyed our visit to the basement at the whiskey bar to see where Wild Bill was shot. It was really interesting and brought the Wild West to present day. Inexpensive and enjoyable!

We visited Saloon #10 just for the reenactment of the shooting of Wild Bill Hickok. The gentleman that played the part of Wild Bill did an excellent job of telling of Wild Bill's history and how he came to be in Deadwood. It had a...More

It is not attacked to a hotel, but you may consider Hickok’s Hotel (2 blocks away, still on Main Street). That is where I stayed.
