We really loved this place. It felt like the saloons in the old west. The Wild Bill re-enactment takes place several times throughout the day. They also choose people to be in the act, which was so fun to watch. Plus, you can have your...More

Beautifully presented saloon in the heart of Town. The gambling sections are reasonably separate from the other entertainment seating. Sawdust on the floor, great historical pictures along the walls, good bar and table service, fair prices and a really good band add up to an...More

Highly recommended and met our expectations. Ribeyes and filet were cooked perfectly, tender and tasted great. A must try when you are in town.

Stopped by during our day trip to see the chair that Wild Bill was shot in, despite the original location of Saloon 10 being a couple blocks further down the street when he was shot. Saloon 10 has a re-enactment of his death a couple...More

I doubt if the Old West fare included spinach and artichoke panning but mine was fine. Lots of beer brands but not for me today.

This is a mandatory spot to visit if near Deadwood. The name of the Saloon is the same as Wild Bill was shot, but the location is not. Real nice decor, make sure to ask for local brews. A bit too “touristy” with an attached...More

We stopped by here while wandering around Deadwood. There is a re-enactment of the shooting of Wild Bill Hickok several times a day. The 2 actors, Wild Bill and Jack McCall pick 3 others from the audience to participate. My wife volunteered me and I...More

Spent an evening here while on a road trip. Our bartender “Mel”was fantastic. We didn’t realize most restaurants closed early during the weeknights so by 10pm we were starving. Mel could see I was getting “hangry”, so she phoned a nearby restaurant and ordered food...More

I spent a night here on my birthday during a motorcycle trip through the area. The staff were wonderful and I had a great time. The prices are very reasonable and is definitely the place to party in Deadwood.

It is not attacked to a hotel, but you may consider Hickok’s Hotel (2 blocks away, still on Main Street). That is where I stayed.
