My family and I had a great time at the Polynesian Fire dinner and show. The food was amazing! Chef Joseph Baxter prepares a great variety of delicious food and the entertainers are funny and talented.

This Thursday will be our first show at Plantation Resort, so we don't have any photos of that show, yet. We have had a sit down to sample the food offering and it is great. A professional chef is in charge of the food.
