We've been both during KidJump (under 6) and during a general jumping time (all ages). For little kids you definitely should go during the morning when KidJump is available. Much calmer group and easier for the kids to participate in all areas of the facility....More
Bare minimum of staff supervision. Small Children mixed with teens who are NOT paying attention to what they are doing. Teens breaking rules with no regard for smaller children.
