Took a child to see the Paw Patrol Live show - everything was clean and convenient. Lots of nearby parking. Food prices were ridiculous - but not different than most other arenas. As others have said - review their webpage for their policy of what...More

Easy in and out. Helpful staff and comfortable seating for a concert. We were on the floor about 10 rows back. The sound was good and mix seemed clear. The only challenge is getting out of the facility once the concert ended. Patience is a...More

Easy parking in paid lots nearby is available. We went to see the legendary James Taylor and the sound and acoustics were great. The arena seats 13,000 but feels more intimate than that. Clean restrooms and friendly staff. Clear bag policy or clutches strictly enforced....More

Yanni was as great as ever. One glitch, however, was that women could not carry their purses into the building. They said that all the contents of the purse had to be visible, so they gave us large clear baggies to put our stuff in...More

Good concert. The sound was a tad muffled during Midland's performance. Keep in mind that you will have to deal with inconsiderate people when you attend a concert but that is not the arena folks' fault. How many times can the same people go back...More

All of the seats were great! The sound was wonderful and the location was easy to walk. We stayed at a local hotel and walked.

This is a nice location and the downtown area is trying to rebuild. It is dependent on the local flavor as there is a limited option for hotels downtown. IF there were more hotels his would possibly rival much more focused downtown areas.

Been to several concerts. In seats and boxes. Never had a problem viewing the stag. Lots of great acts and resonable priced, most of the time. Order tickets right away or you'll miss out!

I would look outside of downtown Greenville. And Sugar Tit Moonshine Distillery is about 20 minutes away and great fun! Tours and tastings. Childrens museum is around the corner, zoo is nearby.
