This is a must see. The whole area is made of rock and is covered with graffiti. Normally, I wouldn't approve of graffiti but it kinda becomes part of the experience.

Fun to visit if you are on way to Caesars Head. Not really worth the curvy drive otherwise. A beautiful view, though. My friends tell me that in the 60s they would play "chicken" and race to the edge. The one who stopped closest to...More

Bald Rock is one of the most easily accessible scenic Blue Ridge mountain "vistas" from Greenville. It's definitely worth the 40-45 minute drive from downtown, because even the ride to get there is scenic. I recommend checking it out around sunset. During the summer, I...More

Incredible views from Table Rock in Bald Rock Heritage Preserve. Unfortunately, because it is flat, lots of folks love to write on the rock. Still worth seeing.

Unfortunately its natural beauty has been mucked up by disgusting human beings. Views were amazing but made me sad. We just happened upon it on a road trip and I googled the scenario and was shocked. A 2015 article said they gave out around 12...More

This place has a great view and it is really neat to stand on the giant rock. However, there is some graffiti with really bad language.

We stopped here for a bit, as it was suggested on here while in the area. Love the views from this rock. Very short walk to it. The graffiti is a shame (some of it is quite cute, while other pieces are inappropriate, especially with...More

Easy walk to spectacular views. Unfortunately the rocks have been completely covered in graffiti and pictures. Some are interesting but most just ugly. Worth a brief stop for the view.

After visiting Bell Mountain https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g35007-d11750479-r498388149-Bell_Mountain-Hiawassee_Georgia.html last week, I would say that Bald Rock Heritage Preserve is the cousin of it. Graffiti mountain, I call it. Although I am not sure that graffiti is welcome on Bald Rock like it is on Bell Mountain. I saw...More

The views are amazing. If you're in the area, stop! If you're not in the area, I'm not sure it's worth it...there is graffiti everywhere, plenty of discarded glass, no real designated parking area, tagged generic state park signs with little to no information, no...More
