This is a beautiful state park with great pavilions for family gatherings or picnics, a nice pool, a cute playground. And just walking around on the trails is great for birdwatching. The lake is beautiful and no motors are allowed on boats so it's peaceful....More

We camp from May through October and many of our trips are to state parks. This park is by far the worse for its facilities. No heat in the bathrooms plus the bathrooms need updating. All water spigots have been stripped so the only place...More

Nice CG host, well patrolled and very clean. Didn't use the day use area but it looked nice. Very expensive firewood that's a pain to access at the store/pool. Bring in some wood from outside the park respecting the firewood rules for distance. Nice lake,...More

I like going out and just sitting by the lake. There are very few bathrooms which are locked up for the season. The summer is pretty cool tho

A few minutes from home takes you back to nature. The park is refreshing to walk around. There is also a playground and a pool.

This is a great place to take family photos. The scenery is beautiful. It's also a nice place for family reunions. There is a lot of space. It has a great children's playground, hiking, and a beautiful lake to fish or go boating.

In this area, bears are a reality. As a hiker, you must always be aware of your surroundings and movement at a distance. Never try to get a better look or go near a cub.

I have never stayed there. I'd call the park. I live two miles away from it.

Unfortunately I cannot answer that. I am local to the park and I don't camp there.
