Very emotional experience. Very moving and well worth a visit. The displays are informative and helpful to assist in understanding what really happened on that tragic day. It was heartbreaking listening to the messages and hearing their goodbyes.

No it’s not. Decision was made to open it by the families but not all of the bells are in when we weee there a few weeks ago.

3-4 hours andvtey to avoid holidays and weekends. When it’s busy it’s hard to see the exhibits

When we were there was no chimes. However on TV my husband saw them ring the chimes at this site. The trip is still something you should see even if the chimes are not ready yet
