Visiting from out of town and *so glad* we found Grist House. Everything from the space to the staff and definitely the beer was incredible. While you can find their great beer a lot of places, the brewery’s taproom is really a special place -...More

I tried Fire on the Hill American IPA and Horizon Shine IPA. Both great. I took a growler (although you can buy one there) and took home Horizon Shine. My wife had an Undead Unicorn. I got a good hotdog from the food truck outside....More

This was one of the best breweries I have ever visited. It's not a huge place and it can get pretty packed at peak times. Also this is one of the most dog friendly places I have ever been, with dogs allowed both inside and...More

Had a couple of good beers. Nice outdoor venue, food truck. Would have stayed longer, but way too crowded for me. Disappointed they were out of any carry out beer.

I wife and I really enjoyed our visit to grist house brewery. Went a Saturday night with food trucks. Beer was very good and the entire vibe of the place was really cool.

Pittsburgh has a great craft beer scene that has hit a major boom in the past few years. I am glad that Grist House has been part of it. Tucked away just off Route 28 in Millvale is one of my favorite breweries in Pittsburgh....More

This place is a lot of fun! It felt like a dog park, but with beer flights and a food truck included. I have never seen so many dogs at a brewery. We brought our two boston terriers, and they loved it! The beer was...More

Since Grist House is in Millvale, it has to be squeezed into whatever space is available, and they do a great job of it! There is indoor and outdoor seating and it is always busy, especially on warm days. They bartenders work quickly and the...More
