We visited Grist House on a Sunday afternoon and really enjoyed the space and my boyfriend loved the beer! Lots of good IPA’s for him to try. We sat inside for awhile and then moved to the beer garden which had plenty of kids and...More

I’d heard good things about Grist House, so tried to go last year, but I’d come on a can release day and it was slammed, nowhere to stand, so I didn’t get any beers. I was back in Pittsburgh for the weekend and decided to...More

Yinzers who enjoy quaffing sublime products of the brewer’s art will not be disappointed by Millvale’s Grist House. Tucked at the end of a side street off Millvale’s main drag, the Grist House provides a Portlandesque ambience—food trucks, wandering(but friendly) dogs, & picnic tables, along with...More

Found a great IPA: hazedelic juice grenade. Family friendly with plenty of seating: outside picnic tables by food trucks; covered patio; and interior seating by the bar. Nice easy vib. Food trucks provide excellent pub food, reasonable prices.

Visiting from out of town and *so glad* we found Grist House. Everything from the space to the staff and definitely the beer was incredible. While you can find their great beer a lot of places, the brewery’s taproom is really a special place -...More

I tried Fire on the Hill American IPA and Horizon Shine IPA. Both great. I took a growler (although you can buy one there) and took home Horizon Shine. My wife had an Undead Unicorn. I got a good hotdog from the food truck outside....More

This was one of the best breweries I have ever visited. It's not a huge place and it can get pretty packed at peak times. Also this is one of the most dog friendly places I have ever been, with dogs allowed both inside and...More

Had a couple of good beers. Nice outdoor venue, food truck. Would have stayed longer, but way too crowded for me. Disappointed they were out of any carry out beer.
