Enjoyed exploring the Nationality Rooms; it's interesting to walk around the main floor and imagine being a student in that setting. Also a cook respite on a really hot day. Nice stop while you're in the Oakland area.

As a visitor from the UK I liked the rooms dedicated to our constituent countries (Scotland, Wales etc) and then to the top for the best view in Oakland.

We visited to kill some time between Swimming events. Pleasantly surprised visiting the nationality rooms. Took about an hour but you could truly spend more time

Great sample of Gothic style and also got to tour many of the different country rooms with an audio tape which was interesting.

Took us around 3 hours to do all 28 International rooms. Summertime so no classes. Listened to audio tape for first floor and recorded info on the third floor. A marvelous way to hear a 5 min history lesson on each country. A head set...More

The Cathedral is only open until 4 PM because it is used for classrooms. Never dinners. Weekends the vending machines are available but the food court is not open for hot meals.
