You may stand in line for some time but it is worth the wait. Too bad the little ice cream shop at the top has closed. Eat and enjoy the area.

This was on our list of things to do in Pittsburgh, but it was a little disappointing. Not sure how much excitement we were anticipating, but this was borderline boring. In a historical perspective though, it was well worth the visit.

Such an inexpensive adventure for anyone. Great walk along the overlooks of Mt. Washington. Easy to get to from downtown area.

It costs only $3.50 for a round trip up the ridge and back, There are great views from the top and the ride is fun. Crowds were not too bad but I could see this train getting busy. Check out the shops on Shiloh Street...More

Took the boat shuttle back from PNC to the incline. Great view at night. Stopped at a pub at the top, great time.

Can’t beat the price for the view. $3.50 gives you a round trip ticket to the top. Once up on the top you will have gorgeous views of Pittsburgh. We went as the sun was setting. Beautiful! There are restaurants and bakeries up top. Many...More

Yes you can. There is an elevator to the top of the 3-level car.
