Mount Washington not only has some really good dining options, it has the best view of the Pittsburgh skyline, hands down. Accessible via two inclines or driving, the view is breathtaking no matter what time of day (or year!).

I was in town on business and had some time on Sunday afternoon to drive up. You don't expect a mountain this close to downtown Pittsburgh but it is pretty close and gives a nice view. You really get a good perspective of how the...More

My boyfriend and I recently went to Mount Washington. It was late and cold, so we didn’t stay long; however it was a beautiful for photos and seeing the city lights.

If you're ever in Pittsburgh for a visit, it's worth seeing the city from Mt. Washington. There's usually a place to park on the street... Or even better, take the incline up from Station Square. This is public transportation, so it's very cheap. If you...More

Since Pittsburgh has 3 rivers and 400 bridges, here is the place to get the overview. You can use an incliner to get on top.

Great veiw from top. DOnt take the tram up at $2.50 per person round trip. Just drive up and park at the top. Same view not cost. The tram is good if you like to travel back into time.

It’s very close and you can Uber it for 10 USD or simply drive over the bridge and take the incline up the hill. It’s great fun. Enjoy
