Mount Washington not only has some really good dining options, it has the best view of the Pittsburgh skyline, hands down. Accessible via two inclines or driving, the view is breathtaking no matter what time of day (or year!).

Most hotels offer transportation and the T is free before you cross the water. I’d consider not driving. I enjoyed the freedom of not having a car.
