Very clean, well staffed with friendly attendants. The arena has lovely facilities and is new and fresh. We attended a concert where security was visible but not overbearing, congenial but not outwardly friendly. A great experience!

Have seen several concerts and Penguin games here. Not a bad seat in the house. Plenty of restrooms and phone charging stations are nice feature. Great view of the city from the outside too.

They've been booking some great shows, but the Peterson Events Center is far superior as far as views and accoustics. Consol just feels HUGE, the acoustics leave a lot to be desired, and if you are in the upper level seating you may as well...More

While vacationing in Pittsburgh, we decided to take a tour of the Console Energy Center and very much enjoyed it. The entire tour lasted roughly 90 minutes and is a must for Penquins fans, hockey fans and sports fans alike. This relatively new stadium is...More

This is pretty much what you're going to expect from a big arena, sort of impersonal for concerts. I saw Van Halen here and it was okay. We paid mid-price for tickets, and seating was about what we expected. Prices for drinks are high like...More

Convenient to downtown. Not much parking. Good food choices and for Canadians visiting there is even Tim Hortons. All the seats have good sight lines.

Enjoyed the concert immensely. Liked that it was next door to the hotel, so we didn't have to get into the parking lot crowd.
