    Great time at PPG Arena
We were at PPG for the Eric Clapton concert. The staff was extremely friendly. The sound system was great for Eric, but not nearly as good for the warm-up group. That may be Clapton's own sound system, I'm not sure. The TV screens could have been larger. We were seated in Section 216, Row L. Beverage prices were a bit on the high for these Mid-Western travelers. $15 for a beer. Water was $5. It's probably average these days. There is a self-service area as well as full service.

    Nice place.
My wife and I went to see Cirque Du Soleil - Crystal here. Nice show. The venue and the facilities were nice. The parking and ticketless entry were convenient. Only problem I had was that the nachos were not good, at all.

    Good for hockey games
We were out here for a Tuesday night Penguins game. Everything went smoothly, bag check was efficient, moving around was easy enough. View from our seats at section 221 was good, atmosphere was nice despite the size of the audience being rather small. No complaints, good experience and topped off by the Penguins winning the game.

    Pens Game at PPG Arena
This was my first trip to the arena and first time to see the Penguins play. Besides being a vibrant exciting environment- It was clean throughout the complex; the staff was friendly and helpful; lines moved quickly. Great and engaging experience for all ages and especially families. It was a great time!

A VERY GOOD ARENA WITH HIT OR MISS CONCESSIONS
I attended the First and Second Rounds of the 2024 NCAA Basketball Tournament at the PPG Paints Arena. This arena is home to the Pittsburgh Penguins of the NHL. Entry was by mobile tickets that must be downloaded to a cell phone. After going through security you self scan your mobile ticket to gain entry to the facility. Do NOT print or screen shot your Ticket Bar Code as the scanners will not accept them. The area is very clean with wide concourses. Beverage and other vendors are stationed around the concourse along with permanent concession stands. I did find that over the two days of the tournament, quality of food and service varied greatly from on stand to another. Service was either very fast and efficient or very slow, there were no in between. Also this is a cashless facility. None of the vendors, souvenir or concession stands accept cash. They only accept, credit cards, Google or Apple Pay. I was very satisfied with my seat for the tournament. It was very comfortable and had considerable more leg room than most arenas. Hat's off to management and staff who were faces with a very quick turn around between the afternoon session and the evening session. The arena was cleared between the two session, and due to scheduling for TV, there was less than an out between the end of the afternoon session and the tip of the evening session. The Arena staff were about to open the door an begin readmitting fan about 20-minutes. Hats off for a job well. done. The ushers and event staff at PPG Paints Arena are very friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. I have enjoy my visit to the PPG Paints Arena and look forward to attending future NCAA Tournament here in Pittsburgh.

There was an error when I made a purchase at a beverage kiosk. A representative took a picture of the receipt and said a credit would be issued to my account. It has now been 10 days and 4 phone calls, no credit or RESPONSE!!!!

I was here for a hockey game. The sight lines were really good but I had great seats. The concourses were very crowded. I didn’t notice any special food choices. It’s easy to get to.

We caught a Penguin's game during our recent boy's trip to Pittsburgh. I must say it is one of the better arenas I've been too. Plus the game was more enjoyable as the Penguin's won!

Went to see Dave Chappell along with two other comics perform. We had excellent seats and sat maybe 50 feet from the stage area. Our seating was comfortable and the arena was modern and clean. Issue was the acoutics were AWFUL and despite being so close if was difficult to hear anything. Imagine paying over $500.00 to see a comedy show and then NOT being able to listen to the comics talking. If you are going to charge this kind of money and seat just under 20,000 people for a show at least have the proper sound system to handle it.
