What a great experience to see in person , there is at least one sister bridge up route 11 North a little past Nicholson which might be 1/2 the length. Not much else to do except enjoy the countryside around it, makes a great motorcycle...More

No doubt this is an impressive architectural and engineering feat for its time and standing underneath it makes you feel very small. While impressive, you can do a comprehensive tour of the bridge in 15 minutes, so it's probably worth a short drive, but not...More

A bit over 100 years old, this viaduct spans a wide valley over the Tunkhannock Creek. Saved the railroad miles and time, and it is awesome to view. Trains are much longer now but less frequent, so you aren't likely to see a train crossing...More
