The walk near the covered bridge is great for a peaceful walk. Dog friendly too. There's even a water fountain at the top of the hill.

Tyler State Park is one of my "go to" locations for walking. Lots of options from easy to moderate, loops, and varying distances. Great spot!

We walk our dogs here all the time. They like to put their paws in the river. It's good for picnics too.

It is a lovely park for all folks and families. There are some very nice walking and biking trails. There are also some fantastic picnic groves to be rented.

I live in Newtown and was fortunate enough to live across the street from Tyler Park. With the Neshaminy Creek running through it, they offer canoe and row boat rentals & fishing. They have several play area around the park for kids with play house...More
