Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We were a family of 9 in the neighborhood looking for a small activity. There were not too many things in the area open due to COVID, but this place was. We were pleasantly surprised by the time we had. It is a relatively small place and low-key, but enough for us all for an hour. The arcades are a little dated, and the mini-golf is real mini, but it was nice overall. The owner was extremely gracious and reasonable. He explained his laser tag wasn't available, but nevertheless extended himself in other ways to make up for it. He was a pleasure to deal with and we would go back. We left on a high.

We celebrated our son's 10th birthday at Grand Slam. The kids received tokens to play in the arcade and cashed in their tickets for some little prizes. They played 2 rounds of laser tag. The kids thought it was really cool - they enjoyed using the ramps to "snipe" their friends. After pizza and birthday cake, we finished off the party with the Ninja Obstacle Course! It was a blast! They had 3 warped walls, the quintuple steps, the salmon ladder, the flounder ladder, the spider wall, and lots of other obstacles. Our party host, Chris, was great! He helped the kids through some of the more difficult obstacles. You can drop in to play a game of laser tag - you don't have to book a party. They also have an indoor mini golf, batting cages, basketball court, and a nerf minecraft battle.

We celebrated my daughter's 8th birthday party here. The activities included laser tag, the ninja course, and dodgeball.
Erin was our host, and she was fantastic! She knew every kid by name and made everyone feel included.
The birthday party is a bit expensive (dodgeball was an extra cost), but everything is taken care of!
The kids couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had!

We had a great time at Grand Slam celebrating our son's 9th birthday. They did two rounds of laser tag and the arcade games. My husband even enjoyed the laser tag game. Our host, John was super with our crowd of excited boys. The only thing I would wish was different was that there is only one Slice of pizza per attendee. Ice cream cake was perfect! Highly recommend this venue for party. Easy on the planning and on the parents.
