Sat outside in the sun overlooking the lake and enjoyed several dozen oysters. Had a chat to the workers preparing the cages. Nothing flash, with a price hard to better.

Stopped here when we were going to launch our boat. oysters were well priced a are being sold on the edge of Pambula lake (river). Great views over the waterway well worth a visit.

You can buy wholesale, opened or unopened, far cheaper than in restaurants, the best oysters in the state. One producer, Broadwater Oysters, has an open-air seating area where you can eat the oysters prepared with lemon and salt, and offers drinks as well. Very good...More
