We did the afternoon tour which included the underground mine. Mappo (Terry) presented us with very informative commentary including stories of the early days of Lightning Ridge some of which were from first hand knowledge.

We found this tour very informative and covered most attractions of this unique destination. Very friendly guide, comfortable bus with air conditioning. The only disappointment was the sales pitch at the end of tour.
