Love visiting with family, playground for little children, lovely garden areas for those who love particularly roses. Carols in the Park each December is always well supported. Many wedding and school formal photos taken here (with a charge fee).

This is a park with varied places to wander through and enjoy, roses in abundance, opportunities for parties weddings or friends, and 2 palm trees at one of the gates planted by Elizabeth Macarthur to add to the history!! Very pleasurable.

This park is very pretty but small. I expected a good walk but took me 10 min to go right around. Has a kids playground so nice place to bring a picnic and hang out for an hour or two but as two adults we...More

I just loved the park with its wonderful rose garden and beautiful arbor. I was there to do a photo shoot and this park never fails to impress with its beautiful shadows and views

Macarthur Park is a lovely place for a picnic but has no barbeque facilities. The gardens are beautiful and well kept. There is a childrens playground with soft fall and fairly toilet facilities.

To be honest, I am surprised that this Park is featured here in trio advisor. So since I happened to be in the vicinity, I decided to check it out. To be fair, it is rather a pleasant place. But it's not that large, and...More

Having lived in Camden we loved visiting the park- take a picnic or buy from a local bakery and sit and relax. You can walk around the park, the kids can play on the equipment and there are toilets when required.
