Bodyhealz is a new addition to the Bodyworkz building. I was originally a member of Bodyworkz only, and when they opened Bodyhealz I was really happy that they included Bodyhealz in the Bodyworkz membership – it’s such great value, it includes yoga, pilates, and pilates reformers. The building itself is brand new and is beautiful. Would definitely recommend sitting on the deck and catching up after classes. There are a whole range of new instructors who are seriously so lovely. In all, I would definitely recommend.

Such a great new wellness centre! I don't usually like to go to places without many reviews but thought I'd take the risk given it had only been open a few weeks. I tried the Hydroxyl air pod and sauna and never have felt so rejuvenated! I haven't tried the yoga or pilates classes yet but a friend of mine did and had nothing but positive reviews about her classes. Will definitely be coming back and can highlyrecommend!

What a great new addition to the existing Bodyworkz gym. Very relaxing with great facilities. Recommend the sauna
