From the moment you step inside Nimbus you can't help but surrender to the zen vibes. Immaculately clean, calm, casual and classy, the spaces are truly divine. And while spaces & design can be replicated, the staff & service cannot, and the girls at Nimbus are really beautiful, anticipating your every need, knowledgable, and just so so nice, making Nimbus an absolute stand out. The whole experience is A grade.

It is a must do, super clean, beautiful layout. Absolutely love it. The staff are fanatastic. Can not recommend this place enough.

I really enjoyed the sauna, it was exactly what I needed and I loved the privacy, the products, the staff and the experience in general. However, there is definitely some improvement needed with the booking and receipt system.
I booked online and it stated that my partner could attend, but when I got the welcome email it said that you needed to be alone. I called to clarify and they said it was fine for him to come with me but my booking hadn't gone through. This was resolved quickly over the phone but then the confirmation I received stated the wrong time. I went along at the correct time anyway figuring it was just an error which it was. This was our first visit and we were shown to our sauna, but it was a lot smaller than I expected having booked a large room. After the experience I noticed there were in fact larger saunas and we were given the standard size despite booking a large one. I asked about this and the staff member stated she noticed we were in the wrong one half way through our session. I was quite disappointed because it is only $5 extra for the large room which would have been much more comfortable. I then received a receipt by email which was also incorrect as it had extra products on it which I did not purchase.
So overall, lovely sauna, but I'm not in a rush to go back due to the number of errors.

THANK YOU Tarryn for your professional remedial massage for both my husband and I last Tuesday. We have both felt amazing and have continued with the exercises you have suggested. Just so disappointed that we couldn’t see you again before we left. Thoroughly recommend Nimbus & Co. I had the infrared sauna after my massage. I slept like a baby post visit.

I went in doubt with the mrs but holy hell was I impressed with the quality of service from Alex and Matthieu. They were so friendly and helped me out every step of the way of understanding what I was going to get out of the infrared sauna.
If you live in Byron or holidaying there make sure you make some time to go visit and benefit from the great health benefits induced by the sauna.
Matt and Alex have also done the best job at the set up for the shop. 10/10

First time going to Nimbus & co in Byron Bay for a good sweat out in their saunas and wasn't I blown away. Alex and Matt were second to none with their hospitality and services.
Highly recommended if you live or are visiting Byron Bay for a holiday. 10/10.

Alex and Monty the owners are 10/10 legends and have created such an unreal experience at nimbus. I love the inferred light and leave feeling amazing. Great for the skin. A must do.

I love going to Nimbus & Co at the end of the day for a little sweat session. There is nothing better if I have had a stressful day or just feel like taking some time out to relax. Post sauna I always have the most amazing sleep. The whole experience from the moment you walk into studio is truely beautiful.
