I really enjoy coming to Wembley outlet. There is a nice selection of affordable designer and high street brands and the perks of this lovely outlet is that it’s all outside (covid-breathable). The only downfall during this pandemic is that the queues for the shops are very long. Parking is really cheap though, 1 hour free, 2 hours £1, can’t go wrong. There’s also a lovely selection of restaurants to choose from and a few coffee shops so you’ll be sure to find your flavours.

Stayed at the Premier Inn next to the shopping outlet. Has a nice selection of shops and they do offer extra savings on discounts already on offer which Sam at the hotel reception gave a leaflet to hand-in at the shopping centre office. They then gave a discount card for the day and a list of shops which would give us the extra savings.

Head off to the Wembley designer outlet for a break. There's nothing so very designer, but it does have some shopping outlets like clarks, Marks and Spencer,
H & M, a cinema to watch your favourite movies and a full top floor dedicated to some finest cuisines.

Very close to the tube stations of Wembley Park and Wembley stadium. Also near to Wembley High Road and Ealing Road.

Sometimes this outlet has good offers in selected stores.

You can beat the dull and grumpy weather for a few hours here.

Especially Marks & Spencer, we found jackets, shirts and sweaters at very affordable prices. These prices are not possible in Turkey, we recommend you to visit, transportation is very easy. Elc may be suitable for make-up and perfume lovers. Super Dry, which is not available in Turkey, is also available at Outlet at good prices.

Always have a quick walk through when visiting Wembley Stadium for the football.
Good vibe throughout but have to say all the staff at the Weekend Offender shop were amazing! We bought some gear for a youngster and the staff couldn’t face helped us more even insisting we downloaded an app, so we received a substantial discount !!

Great deals and found a bargain at Nike! The stunning and beautiful Barbara served me at the till and I had a great conversation with her, she’s very kind and we had a great chat about the Champions league final tomorrow at Wembley. 😁

I went to this outlet with my girlfriend during a holiday in London. The open structure is located in Wembley to one side of the famous stadium. The area is easily accessible by public transport thanks to the proximity of Wembley Park station which is also served by the city underground. The area, especially during the sales period, is very popular with tourists and local inhabitants due to the great convenience of prices. On the top floor there is the refreshment area.

Be very careful if you visit when an event is on at wembley. On Sat 18 June we visited the Designer Outlet and found that there was a concert in the stadium. We were told that oarking charges would be reduced to normal rates so long as we spent a minimum of £40 in the shops, cinema and restaurants. Having spent well in excess of £200 on shopping, £120 on dinner we treated ourselves to a showing of the new Jurassic world film at the cinema. When we left we followed instructions and went to the office on the lower ground floor, presented our receipts and had out parking ticket validated. We then went to the machine and paid the £6 fee it requested.
On arrival back to our car the concert had just started emptying out and we got stuck in the car park for 90 minutes before we could leave. A total nightmare. Worse still I have received a £100 parking fine claiming I didn’t pay for parking. I’ve appealed, it’s been rejected because I paid CASH into the ticket machine and this have no proof of payment.
I will never ever return.

Given the busy period I decide to get a couple of gift vouchers as Christmas gifts from LDO guest services. This was a difficult, lengthy, awkward and disappointing experience. Firstly they don’t accept apply/Google pay on the contactless. I couldn’t even pay using cash. The only option left was to use the online service to pay online using bank transfer. I was told that I would get an order pick up code instantly.

Unfortunately after wasting 1hour waiting, this didn’t happen. Half day later, I still haven’t got the code so I’m left with little choice so close to Christmas.

The service requires lots of improvement. Staff also need to be less patronising and better trained. There is a clear breakdown between the staff in the office and their online team so this also need to be addressed. Finally I was expecting to raise a complaint to the manager who never called back, so I guess this is my feedback online if they’re interested in customer feedback.

Terrible experience in Guess Stratford,
Rude people and unprofessional service by the Assistant manager, she doesn't provide any customer service, I've asked for some of the jewellery prices and she said that she can't sell it because she does not knowing the prices.

I bought a bag and it was full of crumbs and a horrible odour, they are taking the returns and refunds and they are reselling again straight away. yachhhhh

I need to refund the item and they were very rude at the till area.
