Not greeted well on arrival as all 3 staff were dealing with 1 customer and didn't even acknowledge us.

When we arrived most of the comfortable seats had signs on them saying reserved for business class customers. Made us feel second rate. Busy and food average. This was not worth the money. Staff not interested
Came for a couple of hours due to flight delays. Foot and service was brilliant and I noticed the supervisor being on hand. Not only accommodating people to their seats but clearing up and helping behind the bar. I give 5 star(:
