Wonderful gardens and grounds. Very informative tour conducted by volunteers. The link to the Poldark series was a bonus given that we were unaware of it previously.

One of the loveliest National Trust properties we have ever visited, the tour was great informative and friendly and small groups so you could hear everything. Wonderful gardens as well and a lovely little tea room.

You can also get a map for 50p from the Courts garden - but although they tell you it’s a mile it’s actually 1.75 miles and not suitable for disabled access.
