Went here on Sunday. Beautiful old building. Nice to learn a bit of the history of Ilkley in the downstairs rooms. Upstairs was the stained glass exhibition beautiful pieces of work and even better the artists were there and only too willing to talk about...More

I understand that a local volunteer group are trying to raise funds to try to have some heritage attraction on this site, but as far as I know it is not open yet.

This grade I listed building was saved from demolition in 1955 and given to the town. I'm not sure what decisions led it to be in the hands of Bradford Council but there you are. Ilkley is a lovely town and deserves a heritage centre...More

Closed by the local council and currently seeking a volunteer group to run it. When open it wa an excellent small local museum with artefact dating to the Roman times.
