I bought three pieces of cheese at around 150g apiece, totalling over £12. When coming to consume them on New Year's Eve, I found that two of the pieces were "ends" and were actually more wax than cheese. I have the strong feeling that, had...More

The brilliant wine, local real ales, great cheese and chutneys were phenomenal. Entertaining our friends with such high quality merchandise was invaluable. Our Christmas order is ready to go . A definite place for both quality and bespoke products.

This place does the best sandwiches around. They have lots of lovely combinations on the menu but I prefer usually to choose from their great cheeses and create my own. They are always accommodating and friendly. If you come too late after lunch, they just...More
